Apologies to Margaret Atwood
"The Eskimos had fifty-two names for snow
Because it was important to them:
There ought to be as many for love."
That's a lovely sentiment, Miss Atwood,
But I'm afraid you are mistaken.
A simple Google search can tell you
That the Eskimos have just as many words
For "snow" as we do.
Now, if you want to be technically correct,
Take a look at the language of the Sami people;
They have hundreds of words for "snow."
I'm not trying to be picky or anything,
But if you're going to say something that becomes famous,
You should really check your facts first.
Oh, but this is about love, is it not?
Well, then I suppose I can understand. A

Wow. I put a notice at the beginning of a chapter. Anyway, although there is no warning on this chapter, there are a couple of suggestive things. Don't worry -- there are no breasts involved. ... You'll see what I mean in a few minutes.
Chapter 8 - Pieces of the Puzzle
The three of us dashed toward the courtyard, where we could now clearly smell the rotting flesh of Mrs. Maria, and toward the front gate of the school. The area was cold and abandoned. "I know it was the front door..." Alisha muttered, hovering over to it. Kitten and I paced after her. "Hey, look at this!" She was looking down at the white floor; it took me several moments to
Epilogue
The police were on the scene less than an hour afterwards. They combed the school from top to bottom and questioned the remaining survivors except for Kiera. The poor girl had fallen asleep shortly after I died, and when she woke up, she didn't remember anything about that night. The doctors and police both thought it would be best if they didn't try to probe her for the information. For all she knew, it was just a bad dream.
About a week later, as midnight rolled around, the front door creaked open. Three pairs of footsteps walked through the office and emerged in the courtyard. "Hey, Rubes," Dylan said coolly as he emerged.

Chapter 2 - Tension Rising
"Oh, killer!" my brother sang out. "Where are you?"
I smacked him on the back of the head with an open palm. "Shut up," I hissed. "Like that's gonna do anything."
"Or it'll get us killed," Nick commented in a somewhat shaky voice. "Whatever."
I turned around to the sunglasses-wearing boy. Something had changed about him since the discovery of Ms. Maria's body. "Something bothering you, Nick?" I finally asked after watching his distant stare for what could have been half an hour.
Nick smirked, regaining his composure. "Bothering me? Please. I've stared death in the face before."
"And then probably screamed like

Chapter 5 - Never Forget
I almost dropped my taser in surprise at the sight of the red-stained blankets below the girl. A bit of blood was still dripping from her body and into the sheets; the work wasn't fresh, but it wasn't old, either. I gripped my weapon in preparation for whoever might have struck, but nobody but the mysterious girl was in the nurse's office. "What happened?" I finally managed to ask, stepping into the small room.
"Beats me," Icia responded coolly. She was looking away from the girl and at a poster on the wall that said "You're the Boss, so Floss!" A fat, important-looking man was shining his perfect teeth while holdin
